In a world where a number around people's necks indicates their current happiness level from 0 to 99, two former lovers bump into each other again at the obligatory annual happiness survey. Seeing each other happy (or unhappy), they question each other's feelings and their own past choices. Perhaps they were wrong to break up and could be happy again... together?
