Amok wins Annecy!

After its successful world premiere at Friss Hús, Balázs Turai's mesmerizing animation short film Amok had its international premiere and it won the world's most important animation film festival!

The Annecy Festival announced its awards and the Cristal for a Short Film went to Amok. This also means that the film is now Oscar-qualified!

The Hungarian-Romanian short film tells the story of Clyde, who – after losing his fiancée and his good looks in a freak accident involving an evil Santa Claus gnome – must confront his inner demons.

We are also super proud of Steakhouse by Spela Cadez which won the Jury Award in Annecy. Spela's short film also had its Hungarian premiere at Friss Hús.
